Xiaoyan Hu

Overview

Xiaoyan is a senior research associate who mainly focuses on data management with great interest in maternal and child health. As a member of the Smith Lab, Xiaoyan supports global research studies with harmonized data quality control and sophisticated data analysis to reliably capture maternal and neonatal health outcomes. Before joining GWU, she worked as a senior data analyst at Kantar public focusing on sample design, questionnaire design, sample selection, data collecting programming, data quality check, data cleaning and data analysis on multiple projects.
